not your usual Christmas lightings

We were super excited when we heard there's cool decorations in Mtn Home.
So we met and dresssy up. (sighs.. no matter how we dress, it made us super bulky)
Well, we do not know which houses have the best decos so we have to drive with our "instincts"
LOL nah, wherever we saw 'brilliance glow', we turned in and parked at the road side to enjoy the Santas and Candy canes.

During winter, the sunsets super early! 6pm felt like 10pm!
But am glad cos only upon darkness, we can enjoy these colourful lightings!

Is Christmas here yet? Not to worry! This Santa has a countdown to monitor the joyful day! We're 11 days away when we snapped this:

Pardon my poor pics. That's actually Santa riding a plane, arrived upon the roof, ready to head down the chimney with pressies!

Even the  mail box are nicely done up!

Me and Nathaniel!

Santa is everywhere!

How bout Mickey for a change?

A snow globe - Mega sized
-

Spot Rossie

Well, this is really cute.
The owner came out of the house. We tot she wanted to chase us away but in fact NO!
She told us the bear fell off and she adjusted it nicely for us to take pics.
Super friendly hor!
They really take pride in their decos and when pple take pics of it, they felt so honored!

Reindeer, Snowman, Santa on the Ski Lift! So cute wor.... And they set off from the North Pole!

Mr & Mrs Santa Claus

Can I have the presents?

And lastly, that's the birth of Jesus

Alrighty! That's all. We had an enjoyable trip driving around and stop randomly to enjoy the lights and snap pics.
It's definitely something diff, no squeezing at Orchard Rd, everyone taking turns for a pic of the gigantic Christmas tree. A spoiler when someone random comes up and stand beside you. I super sian TTM lor like tat.
But at least a diff atmosphere!
According to American Consumer Credit Council, a family in USA will spend about $1k on their decorations! OMG.
And that's only the deocs. How abt the electrical bills???
Last yr, a TV program I watched reported a family rather forsake holidays just for paying off the electrical bills.
That's a huge CELEBRATION in the States!
